21 years ago, the 21st Century Radio Seagull began worldwide broadcasts in August 2003.
I was there from Day One, living on the Bay Of Fundy, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Programme files were sent via FTP to Seagull HQ in Harlingen in the Netherlands.
